Join our free weekly fitness sessions
Our fitness sessions are run by qualified professionals so you’re guaranteed a good workout. From morning to lunchtime to after work, there are opportunities to join a fitness class that suits your schedule.
Open to all occupiers, sign up and get active!

Zumba
Every Tuesday 5:30 – 6:30pm
Zumba is a medium-high-intensity exercise inspired by various styles of Latin American dance. Think of it like a calorie-burning dance party! Accompanied by toe-tapping, heart-thumping Latin music, it’s a great form of aerobic exercise.

Yoga
Every Wednesday 6.30 – 7.15am and 7:45 – 8:30am
Get your day off to a fresh start, with mindful stretches, relaxing moving patterns, and breathing techniques – perfect to get you set and focused for the day ahead. Gym mats will be provided.

Wellington Pacers Running Club
Every Thursday 12:15 – 1:15pm
Join our social running club, open to all running abilities but is exclusive to Wellington Place occupiers. Every run is led by Richard and his team of qualified leaders. He has plenty of experience in group runs and holds a UK Athletics Run Leader qualification. The routes will take you around the city centre, canal ways and more, allowing you to explore different areas of Leeds.

Outdoor Gym Equipment
Available 24/7
If you’d prefer to work out in your own time, then feel free to use our outdoor exercise machines. Located behind 11 & 12 Wellington Place, you’ll find a Lat Pull Down/Shoulder Press, Leg Press, Cross Trainer and a Dips/Leg Raise machine. Free to use and open to all.
