Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
2. The Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition is being run by Super Friendz LTD.

Eligibility to enter

3. The Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition is open to the public, not just Wellington Place Occupiers.
4. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old.
5. In entering the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
6. You must follow the instructions of the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition to enter.

How to enter

7. To take part in the Veeno Birthday Competition, you must have liked the Instagram post, be following @wellington_place_leeds and @veeno_uk and have commented tagging at least one other account.
8. The Wellington Place and Veeno Birthday Competition will run from Wednesday 25th October 2023 until 11.59pm on Sunday 26 November 2023.

The prize

9. The prize is five tickets to attend the Veeno 7th Birthday Party on Wednesday 29th November 17.00 – 21.00, the ticket includes a drink on arrival and nibbles on the table.
10. There will only be one winner, the winner can then choose four other people to give their winning tickets too, all must be over 18 years of age.
11. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message with information about how they can claim their prize.
12. Super Friendz’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. This competition is not administered or sponsored by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media outlets.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
15. The decision of Super Friendz LTD regarding any aspect of the Wellington Place and Veeno Birthday Competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. Super Friendz LTD does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury, allergy or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either the prize or participating in the Wellington Place and Veeno Birthday Competition.

Data protection and publicity

16. You consent to any personal information you provide/have provided when taking part in the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition, being used by Super Friendz LTD and MEPC for the purposes of administering the competition.
17. Photos taken during the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition will be used on Wellington Place social media accounts and on the Wellington Place website for promotional purposes.

General

18. Super Friendz LTD reserves the right to cancel the Wellington Place & Veeno Birthday Competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
