What a fantastic year we’ve had…
This year we were delighted to see the return of many Wellington Place occupiers to their offices. To help welcome you back we recruited event experts, Super Friendz, to schedule a roster of new and exciting events around the workplace.
We’ve had exercise classes like Zumba and Tai Chi, winter markets, charity fundraisers, live music evenings, roadshows and a whole host of creative workshops, from pottery painting to weaving.
We also upgraded our on-site amenities with a new water bottle filling station (alongside dog water bowls) and the return of our much-loved Little Free Library.
Our brand new Wellington Place App launched in November with a week full of giveaways. This handy app is packed with everything you need to know about Wellington Place right in your pocket, including exclusive discounts.
In terms of buildings, 11 & 12 Wellington Place continues to progress towards completion. Already, this pioneering build has won awards including sustainable development of the year, as well as achieving a NABERS Design Reviewed Target Rating of Five Stars or above. We also received planning approval for our next development, 9 Wellington Place and started building the viaduct link bridge to improve access for surrounding residents.
A huge thank you from us all to everyone who contributed to our community this year. Whether you sang along, sketched away, worked out, answered surveys, donated to local causes or simply joined our events, we hope you’ve enjoyed the year as much as we have. Here’s to an exciting 2023!
