Evelyn Partners, the leading wealth management and professional services group, is relocating its Leeds office to Wellington Place.
The move to 3 Wellington Place will provide workspace for the group’s 85-strong team currently based elsewhere in the city and will allow for further growth.
The move is expected to take place in the second half of 2024.
Ian Gibson, managing partner at Evelyn Partners’ Leeds office, said: “We are delighted to have agreed terms to relocate our Leeds office to Wellington Place. The new premises in a vibrant new quarter in the city centre will enable us to keep pace with the ambitious plans we have to work with more clients in Yorkshire.
“Wellington Place, which is well-located and within easy reach of the train station, will provide a modern working environment for our staff and first-class meeting rooms for clients to meet their advisers.”
Paul Pavia, commercial director at MEPC, the developer and asset manager behind Wellington Place, said: “We’re pleased to be welcoming Evelyn Partners to the thriving business community at Wellington Place, as they continue to invest in, and grow, their Leeds base.
“The new workspace at 3 Wellington Place will provide the business with a vibrant environment that supports collaboration and employee wellbeing and provides excellent transport connectivity.
“Wellington Place has become a major hub for financial and professional services in Leeds, and it’s testament to our offer that Evelyn Partners will be joining other leading organisations here.”
