Welcome to new occupiers LexisNexis

The industry-leading legal tech supplier joins the Wellington Place community

LexisNexis becomes the latest occupier at Wellington Place, taking 7,788 sq. ft. in 1 Wellington Place to accommodate 120 of their staff. The collaborative and efficient workspace will unite the different parts of the LexisNexis family from their various offices to work under one roof.

The catalyst for this move was the LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions team launching its new market, offering Lexis® Omni and an associated large-scale recruitment of talent for the team.

The move to Wellington Place will also account for wider expansion as the Enterprise Solution grows its software development functions in line with market demand. Overall, the legal and tax industries are emerging strongly from the challenging effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. LexisNexis are seeing their services in high demand but are also seeing a change in their ways of working and a need to increase business efficiency. As one of the leading LegalTech suppliers, LexisNexis offers applied legal and tax intelligence and enterprise scale business efficiency software covering everything from Legal Project Management to complex business process automation.
