Property group Eddisons and insolvency practitioner Begbies Traynor, both part of Begbies Traynor Group, have relocated their Leeds offices to Wellington Place.
The Eddisons and Begbies teams have taken the 7,100 sq ft second floor of 10 Wellington Place, with approximately 100 staff making the move.
Wellington Place will be home to Eddisons head office, and the building will become the Leeds office for insolvency specialist Begbies. The two businesses employ more than 1,200 people nationally.
The move has been driven by both businesses’ commitment to their people and wanting to create inspiring work environments. It also supports their strategic growth plans and will enable them to better serve their customers.
