Introducing The Terrace
The Terrace is a unique meeting, conference and event space, located just a few minutes’ walk from Leeds Station, at the gateway to the Wellington Place estate.
Situated on the 5th floor of 3 Wellington Place, The Terrace offers a variety of well-appointed and versatile meeting spaces with Hybrid meeting capability.
Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the impressive roof terrace which boasts views over Tower Square, our space encourages collaboration and innovation.

Amenities and services
The Terrace has four purpose-built meeting/conference rooms designed to suit your business needs, accommodating between 1 and 150 people. Hybrid meetings are available in three of our rooms to allow attendees to join your meeting/conference remotely. Each room is fitted with a widescreen TV with HDMI connectivity, temperature control and provides access to the breakout lounge and refreshments. We also have a PA system, roving microphone, built-in speakers, conference and video call facilities and much more.
Our friendly on-site team will arrange everything for you, from catering to tech support along with a warm welcome for you and your guests so that you can focus on what’s important.
